Founder

Entrepreneurial leader. Tech veteran. Endurance athlete.

Rob has founded and scaled high-growth tech companies from start-up to exit - most recently leading a SaaS IoT platform serving global brands including American Express, Diageo, Nestlé, and Estée Lauder Companies.

When he's not driving innovation in tech, Rob is pitch-side as U15 Assistant Coach - and completing challenges like the Marathon des Sables (over 250km across the Sahara Desert).

He knows what it takes to build something that lasts. And what it takes to keep pushing when others stop.

Greg Hollands

Founder & Head of Content & Community

Qualified coach. Grassroots voice. Community builder.

Greg is working towards his UEFA C coaching qualification. As Head Coach for U15s at Dulwich Village FC, he lives the reality tactico is built for: muddy boots, early mornings, and the relentless pursuit of better.

Beyond coaching, Greg has built a loyal following as @thesundayleaguecoach - sharing tactical insights, training wisdom, and grassroots truth with thousands of coaches.

He's also worked across some of the biggest global social media brands, collaborating with A-list celebrities and top-tier talent.

Greg brings authenticity, tactical depth, and a coach's instinct to everything we build.

Paul played professionally in his youth and went on to become semi-professional as a senior in Scotland - where his love for the game was forged in competitive matches and tight-knit teams.

Paul brings deep experience in forging partnerships that scale - connecting the right people, platforms, and opportunities to drive growth.

His focus: building relationships that matter and opening doors that bring tactico to the coaches, clubs, and communities who need it most.

He understands football from the inside. And he knows what it means to represent something bigger than yourself.
